All orders paid by 3:30 pm ET will be dropped off at a Canada Post office the same business day. We do not mail out on weekends or holidays.

Xpresspost is Canada Post’s tracked mail service, which is the number one mail provider across Canada. To keep things simple, as we launch the Chemiverse, we will start with just one mail provider. As the Chemiverse grows, we are open to explore other mail options.

No, you can request “no signature on delivery”. This means they can drop off the mail at your door and the tracking status will be “Delivered”. No reship available. See shipping policy

Despite what some people say, Standard Lettermail is quite timely and reliable. Since there is no tracking number, we cannot confirm whether an order has been lost, stolen, or delivered.

Email us at support@chemiverse.ca or use the Contact page. Let us know which out of stock item you want to order. We will add you to our priority waiting list & you’ll be the first to know of any updates specifically for that item!

If your order has not been paid, packed, or mailed yet, we can change your order.

If you have paid already, we will give you a store credit, or more product if you over paid.

If your order has been mailed, no changes can be made. That order is final. No exchanges, no returns.
