Instructions will be emailed to you after checkout. After your payment has been accepted, the order will be shipped within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Any order not paid in two days will be cancelled.

Refunds:

Interact e-Transfer payments will be refunded to the same email / bank account less bank fees.

Cryptocurrency payments are FINAL. On individual situations it may ONLY be refunded as a store credit coupon code. Any crypto payment to an incorrect crypto address will not be refunded. Always copy and paste the crypto address you are sending payment to.

Only e-Transfers from Canadian bank accounts will accepted.  Follow the emailed instructions.

Cryptocurrencies (via Manual Transfer)
At checkout, in the Order Note, specify which cryptocurrency you will be paying by. Wait for our email containing our unique crypto address to send payment to.
